Who is involved
These roles concern I Custodi. APS means a social promotion association; SRL means a limited liability company. They are distinct organisations.

Who supports and develops I Custodi
Welance Ventures Italia SRL currently supports I Custodi hosting and LLM costs. The promoter provides ideas, digital development and consultancy free of charge. Hosting and LLM accounts belong to the company; the Google Drive archive account belongs to the association.
The company has backroom access through the promoter who works there. This access concerns support and project work, not commercial use of association data. Assignments, access, software rights and continuity must be governed between the association and company; this page does not replace the necessary documents.
rural-pop-up.com and Cercasi Gestore are separate platforms. A place can have a custode without a listing there; project participation does not automatically authorise other publication or contact transfers.

These documents cover the association’s website under rural-pop-up.events and I Custodi under custodi.rural-pop-up.events. rural-pop-up.com is a separate platform; these pages do not replace its notices and terms.
Archives of earlier events and external services can have their own processes and notices. For a payment or registration for a particular event, also check the information supplied for that event.
